IP Office Release 6 is a release which allows IP Office systems to address better the needs of smaller sites, as well as adding considerable capabilities in the areas of multi-site networking, user productivity and new telephones.

It offers a modular, flexible chassis which with capacity for up to 16 analog trunks or 16 ISDN BRI trunks (32 channels) or 8 digital PRI trunks (up to 192 T1 channels or 240 E1 channels) using internal daughter cards. Up to 12 Expansion Modules may be added to provide a combination of up to 384 analog, digital or IP extensions, with additional analog trunks through external Analog 16 modules. Features include up to 148 optional voice compression channels, 2 independently switched LAN ports and built-in Embedded Messaging with Essential Edition.

PARTNER Version is designed to work directly out of the box with no programming or administration and supports the following;

48 Stations: Up to 18 ETR Stations, Up to 46 Digital Stations, Up to 48 Analog Stations.

56 Trunks: Up to 12 analog CO lines, 1 PRI/T1 (24 lines), Up to 20 SIP lines.

Sick and tired of paying a third party to host your conferencing calls? Avaya IP Office 500 Release 6 now has you covered. Saving you time and money. Plus with it’s Remote Management feature, Avaya IP Office 500 Release 6 Allows a single person to manage the conferencing bridge facility from any location.

IP Office provides a flexible conferencing solution with 28 conferencing channels, allowing multiple conferences of any size from 3 to 64 parties. This means that several conferences of different sizes can all run at the same time if the total calls do not exceed the systems conference resources. So the system will support 42 x 3-party conferences, 2 x 64-party conferences or any combination in between. Registered users can schedule and host conference call and set the limits of user participation.

IP Office Essential Edition – Embedded Voicemail has built-in functionality and requires no separate server. Some key features of embedded voicemail are; Up to 6 ports of voicemail, 15 hours of message storage, configure from 2 to 3 minutes of record time per message, Multi-Lingual, Help menus, Auto attendant with 3 time profiles per auto attendant and 12 menu items per auto attendant, It also has support for hunt group announcements and faxing options.

IP Office Essential Edition Partner Version – designed to work directly out of the box without any programming or administration. Installation & Support

If you are unable to resolve any programming issues by yourself let me know and I can have my technician either call you for support at $60 per 30 minutes with a 30 minute minimum billed in 15 minute increments after that or have my local technician come out at $125/hr with a $75 visit trip. If wiring is needed in a standard office environment with drywalls and drop ceilings and within 120’ of the processor they are $75 each – individual wire runs are needed from the phone system processor to each individual phone for a phone system.

For New System Installs - Install estimates are based off of 30 minutes per phone and if a system voice mail solution is involved 45 minutes per extension not to exceed 3 hours over that estimate. Trouble shooting is not included in the estimate and if applicable is billed separately.
